Dining & Gastronomy
Celebrations of coastal spices, line-caught ocean harvests, and organic garden harvests in Bentota.
Freshness from Soil and Sea
Dining at Ceylon Haven is an exploration of Sri Lanka's multifaceted culinary tapestry. Our executive chef and culinary brigade weave together generational village recipes, authentic Ayurveda-inspired balance, and contemporary international techniques.
Every morning, local Bentota fishermen deliver line-caught yellowfin tuna, sweet red snapper, and lagoon crabs directly to our kitchen steps. Our spices are ground by hand daily in traditional stone mills, ensuring our cinnamon, cardamom, roasted cumin, and black pepper preserve their vital essential oils and fragrant aromatics.
Whether you are dining beneath high timber beams in The Cinnamon Pavilion, sipping a king coconut cooler at The Reef Lounge, or sinking your toes into warm sands during a private candlelit beach dinner, each meal is crafted with mindful devotion.
